Dr. Cindy Hurst

Cindy graduated from Murdoch University in 2007 which a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Bachelor of Chiropractic, moving to the Goldfields region in early 2008. After always having a passion for sports and health Cindy furthered pursued study and obtained a post graduate Diploma in International Sports Chiropractic through the Federation of International Chiropractic in Sports (FICS), enabling her to participate at various World and International sporting events. Also obtaining Certificates III and IV in Fitness to back up her sporting passion. Cindy utilises a wide range of skills to assist her patient centred care from diversified manual therapy & mobilisation, Thompson Technique, Activator Methods and being certified in Dry Needling and RockTape. Along with great knowledge of various soft tissue therapies. Her extensive background helps provide a holistic approach to all her patient treatments.  

With her background in sports Cindy spent the first three years in Kalgoorlie volunteering with the Goldfields Giants State Basketball team, football and netball teams. Volunteer work has always been a huge part of her ambition to make the community more aware of the benefits of chiropractic care in all aspects of life both on and off the sporting field. Along with the countless hours of volunteer work Cindy regularly fundraises, donates and sponsors many goldfields charities and organisations.

Cindy now has three young children which has brought her focus in recent years to helping improve health from all ages. Her active lifestyle embraces the competition of netball, basketball and running marathons. Her business achievements are further enhanced by her active role as a Board Member of the Western Australia Small Business Corporation which she regular attends Perth for meetings offering input from a regional aspect assisting enhance the Small Business sector.

Dr. Wendy Peh

Wendy is pleased to be working out in the Goldfields region after living in the city for 7 years. Having grown up in the Pilbara, and she enjoys the relaxed lifestyle and sense of community that rural towns have to offer. Wendy completed her studies from Murdoch University in 2013 and moved out to Kalgoorlie not long after. Wendy further pursued her knowledge by obtaining a Diploma in Paediatric Neurodevelopment and a Diploma in Functional Nutrition in 2020. Due to her passion and interest in pregnancy and paediatric, Wendy finds herself captivated by assisting the health and wellbeing of people of all ages. She strives to individually tailor each patient’s treatment and uses a wide variety of techniques including; manual diversified, Thompson technique, Activator Method, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Dry Needling and various soft tissue therapies.

Wendy has had the pleasure of treating in India where she worked with a Charity providing care to impoverished communities. Other personal highlights from her career include; treating at the International Sailing Federation qualifier for the Olympics at Fremantle in 2011 and the Blues N’ Roots festival in 2013.

Wendy recently became the very worthy recipient of the 2020 Kalgoorlie Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KBCCI) “Healthcare Practitioner and Disability Services Award” nominated by her colleague Cindy Hurst for her passion and commitment to providing the region with excellent healthcare.

Dr. Tyla Arnott

Tyla graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic. Tyla enjoys helping patients reach their health goals, big or small. Her passion in health begun with her experience within the Pharmacy sector for five years. Wanting a more hands-on approach when it came to healthcare, Tyla knew that Chiropractic would be an invaluable tool to help the broader community with musculoskeletal conditions. Tyla welcomes patients of all ages and enjoys providing wellness care for the whole family. Tyla utilises a range of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified technique, Activator method and dry needling.

During her studies at Murdoch University, Tyla was fortunate enough two work as a Chiropractic Assistant which fuelled her passion and allowed her to gain further experience within the field. After growing up in the Pilbara, Tyla was drawn to moving to the Goldfields region to pursue her love for country living. Combining her love for travel and volunteer work, Tyla travelled to India as part of the ‘2020 Hands On India’ charity group, who provide Chiropractic care and health advice to people living in rural India that otherwise would not have access to most medical care.

In her downtime, Tyla enjoys staying active with pilates, yoga and walking. She readily expresses the need to keep the mind and body active to maintain a good healthy lifestyle.

Brad joined our amazing Chiropractic team in December 2020. Relocating from Perth, Brad is excited about joining the Goldfields Community and exploring our beautiful region.

Graduating from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Science and Clinical Chiropractic, Brad continues to further his knowledge by continuing to partake in professional development courses. Brad is passionate about helping his patients achieve their health goals by assisting them to become more active and help create vital changes in their body's function to improve their overall wellbeing. Brad approaches all his patients with a friendly smile, calm nature and an enthusiasm for health and movement. Loving all aspects of Chiropractic care Brad greatly believes in family wellness and loves seeing patients of all ages receive great spinal health care. Through active care, encouragement and the use of diversified techniques, Brad is looking forward to getting the best out of his patients, whether that is on the sporting field or just to getting them through the day at work. 

Brad’s career first began as a swimming coach, obtaining his Bronze Medallion, a Competitive Strokes License and Development Coach Qualification. Brad was able to share his passion for the sport. Assisting his swimmers achieve their goals is where he first gained the thirst for helping others. Previously being a competitive swimmer at a national level and completing the Rottnest Channel Swim, Brad knows the benefits of keeping the body functioning at its optimum potential.

Jasmine is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who completed her training with The Australian Institute of Fitness in 2016. She is also a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia and is a registered provider for most Australian health funds. Jasmine was born and raised in Kalgoorlie, returning from the city with her husband and two children for a life in the mining industry. Jasmine is very passionate about health, wellbeing and sports, playing in local netball and basketball teams. In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys being with family and spending time outdoors.

Ebani Preedy started working at Goldfields Chiropractic in early 2019, throwing herself into the role with enthusiasm and dedication to assisting our strong front line staff members. Her vibrant attitude on the front counter makes every patient visit an enjoyable one. With a certificate in Online Marketing and a passion in Customer Service, Ebani loves to use her skills to promote our clinic effectively in social media and face to face. Ebani was a nominee in 2020 for the Kalgoorlie Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry “Customer Service Award” for her achievements.

Having relocated with her husband and daughter from Derby, Ebani was thrilled to join another rural community town and can be found playing an abundance of sports from netball, basketball and bootcamps.
