Dr. Cindy Hurst

Cindy graduated from Murdoch University in 2007 and moved to the Goldfields region in early 2008. After always having a passion for sports and health Cindy furthered pursued study and obtained a post graduate diploma in International Sports Chiropractic, enabling her to participate at various World and International sporting events. With her background in sports Cindy spent the first three years in Kalgoorlie volunteering with the Goldfields Giants State Basketball team, football and netball teams. Volunteer work has always been a huge part of her ambition to make the community more aware of the benefits of chiropractic care in all aspects of life both on and off the sporting field.

Cindy now has two young children which has brought her focus in recent years to helping improve health from all ages. Her busy schedule also sees her enjoying the competition of netball, basketball and triathlons. Along with countless hours of volunteer work Cindy regularly fundraises and donates towards major charity organisations 

Dr. Wendy Peh

Wendy is pleased to be working out in the Goldfields region after living in the city for 7 years. Having grown up in the Pilbara, and she enjoys the relaxed lifestyle and sense of community that rural towns have to offer. Wendy completed her studies from Murdoch University in 2013 and moved out to Kalgoorlie not long after. She enjoys participating in community events including the Mother’s Day fun run, Women’s Triathlon and the Pipeline Marathon, she is also participating in the current duathlon season with the Kalgoorlie Tri Club. Being physically active is one of her main focus; healthy body, healthy mind.

Wendy has had the pleasure of treating in India where she worked with a Charity providing care to impoverished communities. Other personal highlights from her career include; treating at the International Sailing Federation qualifier for the Olympics at Fremantle in 2011 and the Blues N’ Roots festival in 2013. She strives to tailor each patients treatments and uses a wide variety of techniques including; manual diversified, Thompson technique, Activator Method, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Dry Needling and various soft tissue therapies.

Andrew Smith, Chiropractor

Andrew dove headfirst into the chiropractic world after he experienced phenomenal health changes in himself as a child, which inspired him to not only become a chiropractor, but help share his message of health and hope to help as many people as he could, especially children and families to achieve a greater level of care through chiropractic. Andrew gained his degree at Murdoch University after graduating in 2013, spent a few years working as an associate in the Fremantle area before deciding to locum and travel around Australia. Andrew has luckily learnt a wide range of techniques from working all over Australia from Sacro-Occipital Techniques, Peadiatric training, Activator and Thompson Technique.

Andrew loves to travel, and has been to the USA seven times, both for the Camp America program; working with children on American summer camps, and for multiple chiropractic seminars working with some of the best paediatric chiropractors in the world. He has completed two trips volunteering providing chiropractic care on the Hands on India program, both as a student and a supervising chiropractor. Closer to home, Andrew can be a big kid spending time with his young cousins, at the gym or in the pool or ocean (whichever is closer) and rocking out on his drum kit!

Jasmine is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who completed her training with The Australian Institute of Fitness in 2016. She is also a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia and is a registered provider for most Australian health funds. As a new graduate, Jasmine is eager to start her career in the industry and welcomes new learning experiences. She was born and raised in Kalgoorlie, returning from the city with her husband and two children for a life in the mining industry. Jasmine is very passionate about health, wellbeing and sports, playing in local netball and basketball teams. In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys being with family and spending time outdoors."

Karina Hannaford, Remedial Massage Therapist

Karina is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist whom completed her studies in 2006. Karina brings a wealth of insight and knowledge to her treatments. Having a history in competitive sports and experience in the mining industry, she understands the toll these environments can take on the human body. Karina has experience working in gyms , 6 star cruise liners, busy massage clinics  and uses a variety of techniques such as relaxation, trigger point, sports, rock taping and cupping to achieve the best for her clients. Karina also has a strong interest in pregnancy massage and has two beautiful children of her own.

Lorraine Bianco, Therapeutic Massage Therapist

Lorraine has worked as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist for over 20 years. She completed her studies in Swedish Massage and Sports Massage which included Trigger Point Therapy at The South Australian Health Education Centre- now known as Endeavour College. Later, she completed other studies such as Acupressure (Jin Shin Do) and Cupping, Holistic Massage, Chi Nei Tsang, Mediation (Conflict Resolution) and Advanced Practitioner of Life Coaching. She has previously worked in clinical setting with Chiropractors, Nutritionist and Naturopaths and has a wide range of skills and techniques at hand. Her passions are her work, helping people feel the best they can, and her two amazing children. For exercise and personal enjoyment, Lorraine loves doing Yoga and getting out into nature.

Rebekah Raseta, Admin - Goldfields Chiropractic

Senior Administrator / Office Manager

Rebekah is a highly motivated full time senior administrator with a background in marketing, office administration and general reception roles. Nominated for her younger career achievements as a Rising Star in the Goldfields, whilst working for the Royal Flying Doctors. She is passionate about health, active lifestyles and nutrition. Rebekah grew up in the Goldfields Region and is now a dedicated mother of two, joining our clinic in 2016 and has become an asset to our clinic. In her spare time when she isn't volunteering for work place activities she loves to camp and be in the outdoors with her family.

Mackenzie has grown up and lived in Kalgoorlie her whole life. She has really enjoyed becoming part of the team at Goldfields Chiropractic this year and loves working in the fast paced, friendly environment. Mackenzie is passionate about health and fitness and is looking forward to commencing her studies in this field in 2019. Aside from work, Mackenzie loves being outside with friends and family, and playing the piano.
